Welcome to The Boardwalk

Healthpeak Properties is pleased to provide professional property management services for The Boardwalk. The Boardwalk includes three buildings with 205,000 square feet of lab and office space.

Building hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and closed Saturday and Sunday. The building will be on secured access after the Saturday business hours and at all other times and will require a key fob for access.

All maintenance and janitorial requests should be submitted to the Tenant Center via the "Service Request" button or called into our management office at (858) 558-0383.

The Boardwalk is committed to creating and protecting green real estate environments. To research responsibly and thoughtfully, The Boardwalk has formed a sustainability committee, whose Mission Statement is "Promote environmental stewardship through the implementation of sustainable ecological initiatives that benefit our assets, investors, customers, employees & planet."

Sustainability Initiatives

  • Bicycle Parking/Storage - Commuting by bike to work is a great way to cut down on auto emissions and reduce your carbon footprint along with increasing daily physical activity. To support these initiatives at The Boardwalk, we provide bicycle parking. Access to the bicycle parking is available at no charge and on a first come first serve basis. Please ensure your bike is securely locked for we are not responsible for any damage or loss due to theft.
  • Carpooling - At The Boardwalk we encourage carpooling as another great way to decrease automotive emissions and keep the air clean. Carpooling can also save money on your commute costs along with wear and tear on your vehicle. Please see below for links to carpooling information in the area.
  • Recycling - Waste and recycling facilities are located in multiple locations throughout the park.

Joya Kitchen is now open for breakfast & lunch offering delivery, pickup, and indoor and outdoor dining.

Joya is a contemporary, approachable restaurant serving organic farm-fresh menu items, daily specials, salads, sandwiches, pressed juices and coffees. The restaurant space will also feature a variety of versatile and functional indoor and outdoor spaces, presenting itself as the ideal location for private and corporate events - from weddings and birthdays to meetings, reunions, and more.

Happy Hour Thursday-Friday: 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm (Food ends at 6 pm)
